All items returned within 3 days in original packaging may be exchanged for store credit.
Balloons
We are not liable for balloon leakages and or damages. Please ensure balloons are in best condition before departing the store.
Rentals
We do not provide electricity. Kindly ensure there is power throughout the duration of the event. Low voltage may damage our equipment and so we won’t power them on in this situation,
We do not provide water for wet rides. Please ensure arrangements are made prior to event for tankers of water.
Delivery
We are able to deliver party items via dispatch and balloons only via UBER, please ensure this is paid for by yourselves. Damages post delivery are not our liability.
